How to practice Anuloma Viloma .
1-Stay on the floor legs –crossed .eyes closed
2-cover your right nostril with your right thumb and breath out only
through your left nostril, counting to four.
3-Keep the right nostril closed breath in slowly with the left nostrils
always regularly, counting to four .concentrate and breath slowly and deeply.
4-Close the left nostril with the middle of the ring finger of the
right hand, fold the thumb and the forefinger inwards the base of the
thumb.
5-with both nostrils closed. Block your breathing as long as you can.
6- Relax the right nostril and breath out for a count of four .control your
breathing, well.
7-Inhale with the right nostril then close it with your thumb, count to
four . Then exhale through your left nostril. You will have carried out a
breathing cycle to repeat ten times.
