 What is meditation ?

Meditation consists of a group of mental training techniques accompanied with deep breathing .Meditation is used to boost both mental and physical health and also to help improve capacities .You can learn the simple technique of meditation from a book or a course presented in a video .Though some high and specific courses need to be taught by  an expert –Guru- . Simple meditation does not require a master in addition you do not need any equipment or a play ground .

Practicing meditation outdoor amidst a natural scenery  would be the best and convenient environment, where fresh and clean air Which is the expected beneficial goal of meditation .

What i need to learn before starting ?

The first and prominent step to begin with is breathing . Ujjai breathing type is described to be the key to opt to : Yoga , Taichi and other relaxing methods .

 

In order to apply your ideas in a creative way .You need to learn how to control them . You can do so by pacifying your mind , getting rid of negative thoughts and behaviors that are no more useful .

Meditation ,Mantras ,controlled breathing and visualization are efficient tools ,you my relay on .

Meditation is the best way to clear your mind from its blockages and fears . It releases the creative energy ,allow you get access to inner peace by linking the Ego to the universe .

How to meditate?

Sit cross-legged maintain your spine, neck and head straight .You may even lay down . relax every  muscle in your body. Breath deeply and regularly .Make sure to well empty your lungs when you exhale. To concentrate  focus on an object . Forget about your worries, stop thinking, try to empty your mind. Live in a void Some ideas will pop up just ignore them. And get back to your main object. What you have to emphasize on is your breathing rhythm : keep it deep regular and slow .

There are two types of meditation :

External mediation :

Imagine you are in a splendid beach, try to picture what’s going around you ,like sand smell of salty breeze. Listen to waves crunching against rocks . That depends on your imagination capacity .Sure by time you will master how to meditate .

Internal meditation :



Try to feel what is gong inside your body ,relax your muscles then tighten them. Start from the neck face’s muscles ,the neck then go along your whole body till your foot .This is a simple and efficient way to rest your mind and body .

The benefits of meditation :

Through meditation you get relaxed and calmed .You will be able to solve your problems and worries . Mediation has a great effect on blood pressure, also it has healing effect on your whole body internally and externally. It enhances the function of inner organs, blood circulation, breathing and digestion .

Meditation boosts  your immune system, pacifies your mind, It then remodels your whole life to the best .
