visualization is an efficient way to manage stress .And have complete relaxation. Especially when it is executed in combination with deep and regular breathing .

You will have to choose a calm and relaxing place where to use visualization .The goal is to diminish stress, by producing a splendid and pleasant scenery in your mind .That will change your stress to detente and calmness. If your imagination is intense both your mind and body will get reposed .

How to visualize :

Commonly, visualization is to place in mind a bright image, event, a scene That you remember or create while doing the exercise .You can evoke all your scenes to accompany  the image with , like trees , birds twittering , a lovely breeze on a beach .These pleasant aspects pacify the mind and refresh the body .

 


You may also mix images with sounds , smells , views . You may fancy yourself having a picnic in a fairy forest , with high green trees , valleys , rivers mountains and multi smells of different flowers .you can also listen to a calm music for deep meditation .

There are other uses to imagery : when you  inhale imagine a white healing power getting into your lungs ,then circulate in your whole body ,it cleans and purifies  your soul from sickness and gets out negative energy when you exhale .

Rehearse through visualization :

Imagery enables you practice and get prepared in advance .So that when the event comes to pass you are actually well trained : actors and athletes use imagery as an effective technique to learn good performance habits. by rehearsing the performance in their subconscious .


When you imagine doing exercise or learning how to do any skill .Your subconscious  acts to is as it is real .To get a full relaxation , picture your preferred  pleasant situation ,enjoy it in your imagination ,that will ease your mind and body .
